Cizon Sauceda - Paralegal
Cizon brings to the Law Offices of Barry Levinson experience gained beginning in mid-2003 as a bankruptcy clerk without prior bankruptcy or legal experience continuing with on-the-job training to become a primary Chapter 7 bankruptcy paralegal by the fall of 2004. Moving into the period of law reform beginning in 2005, Cizon was instrumental with transitioning of her previous law firm with the upgrading of office procedures during that period of change. From 2005 through 2008 she trained as a Chapter 13 paralegal under the mentor of a twenty-year veteran bankruptcy paralegal while working as the primary Chapter 7 paralegal.
Passionate about assisting clients regroup financially and obtain their fresh start, Cizon takes the skills learned to date while continuing her education with the current issues and changes in bankruptcy through the instruction of attorney Barry Levinson, educational seminars, and literature pertaining to bankruptcy chapters 7, 11, and 13 so as to best assist each individual who retains the Law Offices of Barry Levinson.
Cizon is a native of the Eastern New Mexico/West Texas region, but has been a Las Vegas resident since 1988. Cizon graduated from Texico High School, Texico, NM in 1985. She has nearly six years of on-the-job training, devoted solely as a bankruptcy paralegal. Additionally, she has 44 hours of undergraduate college studies in the areas of mass communication, fine arts, psychology and general studies from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM and from the College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, NV. Cizon expects to complete a bachelor's degree within the next three to four years so that she can continue her studies of law by attending law school.

Beth Malone - Paralegal
Beth began working as a paralegal in 1996. At the same time she attended Las Vegas College in their paralegal program and graduated in 1998 with honors, earning a specialized associates degree.
She has been a bankruptcy paralegal for four years and recently started at the Law Offices of Barry Levinson as a member of the bankruptcy team. Her main focus is Chapter 7 bankruptcies while also assisting the senior bankruptcy paralegal with Chapter 13s.
A native of Northern New Jersey, Beth has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1994.
Stuart Laurie - Legal Assistant
Stuart Laurie is a native of Chicago Illinois. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in History and Political Science. He taught in the Chicago Public School system before moving to Eugene Oregon where he was employed in the Research Development and Evaluation Department of School District 4-J.
After working in education for five years he decided to change careers and took a position as a claims adjuster for Crawford & Co. the world largest independent provider of claims managements solutions to insurance companies and self insured entities. Mr. Laurie took advantage of Crawford & Co's industry leading, in house training, by taking a full complement of general and specialized training in all areas of claims and risk management.
In 1985, Mr. Laurie once again changes course, by deciding to work on behalf of injured victims. With his training and over 26 years of experience in the investigation and evaluation of motor vehicle and general liability claims, Mr. Laurie has provided the Law Office of Barry Levinson with an invaluable asset towards the high rate of pre litigation settlement success our firm has achieved.
Yvette Villegas - Legal Assistant
Yvette is a native of Los Angeles, California. She moved to Las Vegas in 1994, graduating from Bonanza High School in 2004. She has been working with The Law Offices of Barry Levinson for over 2 years and specializes in forming corporations, handling traffic citations, and summary evictions.. She is currently attending CCSN.
